All items are subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed. All prices are subject to change without notification. We accept the CashApp or Cash; no tax or fees. We do take Credit Cards; charge tax and a fee per item.
We warrant the nursery stock sold is true to its botanical name as described within recognized tolerances. All plant material is graded to meet or exceed industry standards, Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality nursery stock. WE DO NOT, however, express any warranty as to productiveness of life of the nursery stock we sell, as we have no control over its proper transplanting or subsequent care. No Refunds or returns. No Refunds of Returns on Special/Pre-Orders. If a customer orders/purchases a plant/tree and then later changes their mind or if they do not pick up, they then will loose the deposit/payment. If a customer buys a tree and have scheduled the tree to be delivered and planted then changes his mind, the customer will only receive the payment of the delivery/planting returned. If we are unable to deliver the palm, the deposit will be returned to the customer.
